The Teen Murti Bhavan in New Delhi was built in 1930 as the residence for the British Indian Army’s Commander-in-Chief. After independence, it became Prime Minister Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru’s home for 16 years. Now, it’s a memorial dedicated to him, named after the statue of three soldiers on its premises.
