Mcleodganj, in Himachal Pradesh, is a top tourist spot known for its Tibetan culture, beautiful nature treks, lush greenery, ancient temples and monasteries, and British heritage. It’s located near Dharamshala, in the Kangra district.

This place is famous for being the residence of the Tibetan spiritual leader, the Dalai Lama. Many Tibetans who escaped their homeland settled here, giving Mcleodganj a strong Tibetan influence. It’s also where Tibet’s exiled government is located, which is why it’s often called Little Lhasa.
