Ahivantgad is a fort in Maharashtra’s Nasik district, alongside Achala fort. Unlike a typical hill peak, its top looks like a wide plateau. While most of the fortifications are gone, you can still see some palace remnants. Two large entrance gates are still there, and you’ll find a Hanuman idol and a few lakes on the plateau. There are caves too, but you might need a guide to find a suitable one for staying overnight.
